Are our custom-fit covers really custom?
Yes, absolutely! We currently have 15 different vehicle hardtop designs. Each of these covers tightly contour the hardtop they were designed for to provide a snug fully-enclosed fit.
How easy is it to assemble our hardtop cart?
Assembly will take about 10 minutes and only requires an adjustable wrench to tighten down the bolts. We suggest two people to assemble the cart for the first time, however this can be done on your own with a little bit of patience. Each stage of the assembly is detailed with photos in our 2-page instruction sheet.
What size is the free lightweight generic cover?
We include a free cover with our hardtop cart only sales. This is a lightweight generic-fit cover that will fit most small to medium sized hardtops. We also have an XL-sized generic cover for the larger hardtops such as the Mercedes and Ford Thunderbird listings. Please order from those listings if you’d like the larger cover to be included.
Are the different coloured hardtop carts the same design?
Yes, the carts are identical, only a different colour.
Do we sell a hardtop storage solution for the Jeep Wrangler hardtop?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
How can I safely move my cart?
Before moving the cart, always remove the generic cover (if you have one) and check that all 4 hardtop contact points are touching the foam padding. North American Custom Covers is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of these carts.
Do you supply a product warranty?
All our products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Should you notice a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately to arrange a return / replacement. Usage of our hardtop carts is at the sole risk and discretion of the user. North American Custom Covers is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of these carts.
Can I use my cart with a newly re-painted hardtop?
If you’ve had your hardtop re-painted, please confer with your paint specialist to ask when the paintwork will be fully cured (and therefore hardened). This process can often taken several months.
