RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from North American Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable/unused condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable/unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged upon inspection, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
